Red	Pinot Noir (Nero) Grape	Grown in the cooler, west side of the area. Grape notes: Low tannins due to thin skin. Susceptible to rot. Early budding and ripening.

White	Chardonnay Grape	Cooler climante retains acidity and develop complex fruit flavors.
