Still White Furmint Wine Wine notes: Susceptible to noble rot
Still White Tokaji Aszú Wine Wine notes: The base wine is made with healthy grapes, but then macerated with with Aszú berries that were individually picked for their high level of noble rot. Sweetness rated on the 5-point Puttonyos scale. Furmmint often blended with other local grape varieties.
Still White Tokaji Eszencia "Nectar" Wine Wine notes: Made from free run juice from aszú berries. Sometimes taking years to ferment resulting in low alcohol. Very long aging potential.
Still White Tokaji Szamorodni Wine Wine notes: Dry (szaraz) to sweet (edes) based on the level of noble rot on the bunches. Dry versions will have flor-like yeast with it in the casks. Sweet versions may or may not have much O2 contact during barrel aging.
