Notes Valley flattens out and is more warm. Mild winters and dry summers. Mostly stony soil. Due to the warmth, grapes ripen easily leading to high tannins and alcohol.

White Moscato (Muscat) Grape Grape notes: This is an aromatic grape; its nose intensity will likely be pronounced. Prone to poor fruit set and rot.
White Roussanne Grape Grape notes: Ripens late
White Viognier Grape Grape notes: Aromatic grapes, so likely the nose is pronounced. Ripens late in the season so will have high sugar and low acidity.
